Tips to Manage Stress: Day 5 – Ask for help

You are never alone. If you ever feel like your commitments are too much, reach out to a friend or family member. Seek advice; somebody you know may have gone through the same experience and can share what they have learned.

If you ever experience feeling worthless or have thought about hurting yourself, seek the advice of medical professional. Depression may feel similar to facing chronic stress, but can require very different solutions.
